Refund policy

1. Eligibility

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be returned in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Returns or exchanges may be requested in the following cases:

  • You receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect.

  • Your order is damaged during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • You wish to exchange or return the product due to a size, fit, or style preference, subject to stock availability.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original tags or labels are missing.

  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

2. Shipping

For products with a manufacturing defect, damaged during transit, or where an incorrect product has been delivered, Odyra will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns or exchanges requested due to:

  • Size or fit

  • Style preference

  • Change of mind

  • Product exchange

the customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the return shipping charges.

3. For Return of Damaged / Wrong Product

To help us verify return or exchange requests fairly, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for products reported as damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

The video must:

  • Begin before opening the sealed package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label.

  • Capture the complete unboxing process without pauses, edits, or cuts.

  • Clearly show the garment received.

  • Clearly display the reported damage, defect, or incorrect product.

  • Show the garment from multiple angles, wherever applicable.

Photographs alone cannot be accepted for verification.

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange in these cases.

4. Refund

Refunds are issued as Odyra Store Credit, which can be redeemed on any future purchase from our website.

Store Credit will be issued once:

  • The returned product is received by our team.

  • The product successfully passes our quality inspection.

If the requested exchange size or product is unavailable, equivalent Odyra Store Credit will be issued.

5. Disclaimer

At Odyra, we create outfits using authentic Sambalpuri Ikat. Slight variations are a natural part of the making process and reflect the uniqueness of every piece.

Please note:

  • Variations in weave or pattern are natural characteristics of handwoven fabrics and occur as part of the weaving process.

  • Colour variations may occur between pieces due to the traditional tie-and-dye technique and batch-wise production.

  • Our garments are stitched using pre-washed fabric. Mild colour bleeding during the initial washes is normal.

  • Actual garment colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
