Order Processing

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are dispatched within 8–10 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During product launches, festive seasons, exhibitions, or periods of high order volume, dispatch timelines may be extended. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping, Address & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are processed only after successful payment.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate while placing your order. Odyra will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • If you require Express Shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Where available, we will be happy to arrange it. Any additional courier charges for express shipping will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to dispatch and deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delivery schedules may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Public holidays.
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations.
  • Courier partner delays.
  • Natural calamities or other unforeseen events.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery more than once. If the customer is unavailable during the delivery attempts or refuses to accept the shipment, the package may be returned to our studio. Re-shipping such orders may require payment of additional courier charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Odyra, every garment is thoughtfully designed, handcrafted using authentic Sambalpuri Ikat, and carefully inspected before it reaches you. If for any reason you need a return or exchange, we're here to help. Please read the following guidelines before initiating your request.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be returned in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Returns or exchanges may be requested in the following cases:

  • You receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Your order is damaged during transit.
  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • You wish to exchange or return the product due to a size, fit, or style preference, subject to stock availability.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Original tags or labels are missing.
  • The request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

Shipping

For products with a manufacturing defect, damaged during transit, or where an incorrect product has been delivered, Odyra will bear the return shipping cost. For returns or exchanges requested due to:

  • Size or fit
  • Style preference
  • Change of mind
  • Product exchange

the customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the return shipping charges.

For Return of Damaged / Wrong Product

To help us verify return or exchange requests fairly, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for products reported as damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. The video must:

  • Begin before opening the sealed package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label.
  • Capture the complete unboxing process without pauses, edits, or cuts.
  • Clearly show the garment received.
  • Clearly display the reported damage, defect, or incorrect product.
  • Show the garment from multiple angles, wherever applicable.

Photographs alone cannot be accepted for verification.

Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange in these cases.

Refund

Refunds are issued as Odyra Store Credit, which can be redeemed on any future purchase from our website. Store Credit will be issued once:

  • The returned product is received by our team.
  • The product successfully passes our quality inspection.

If the requested exchange size or product is unavailable, equivalent Odyra Store Credit will be issued.

Disclaimer

At Odyra, we create outfits using authentic Sambalpuri Ikat. Slight variations are a natural part of the making process and reflect the uniqueness of every piece. Please note:

  • Variations in weave or pattern are natural characteristics of handwoven fabrics and occur as part of the weaving process.
  • Colour variations may occur between pieces due to the traditional tie-and-dye technique and batch-wise production.
  • Our garments are stitched using pre-washed fabric. Mild colour bleeding during the initial washes is normal.
  • Actual garment colours may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Slight variations in weave, colour, motif placement, and texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
  • Product colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings and lighting conditions.

Regarding pricing and orders:

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
