The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact. The customer must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

Manufacturing defect
If the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect that is clearly visible in the mandatory unboxing video.

Physical damage during transit
If the product has been damaged during shipment, and such damage is demonstrably visible at the time of opening and recorded in the unboxing video.

Wrong Product Delivered
If a product different from what was ordered has been delivered, and the discrepancy is evidenced in the unboxing video.

Customers must record a clear, continuous, and unedited video while opening the sealed package. The video should begin before the parcel is opened, clearly showing the shipping label and order details, and must capture the entire unboxing process without any pauses or edits. The product and any defect, damage, or discrepancy must be clearly visible in the video. No return or exchange request will be accepted without this unboxing video.
