RETURN & EXCHANGE 📑
1. General Policy Statement
At Odyra, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our clothing business and to safeguard against misuse, returns and exchanges are permitted only under the strict conditions set forth below. By purchasing from Odyra, the customer expressly agrees to be bound by this Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Non-Negotiable Condition)
2.1. The customer must record a clear, continuous, and unedited video while unwrapping/opening the package received from Odyra.
2.2. The video must:
● Begin before opening the outer packaging, clearly showing the sealed parcel.
● Display the shipping label and order details.
● Capture the entire unboxing process without pause, cuts, or edits.
● Clearly show the product and any alleged defect, damage, or discrepancy.
2.3. No return or exchange request shall be entertained without such an unboxing video, under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return or exchange shall be considered only in the following cases:
(a) Manufacturing Defect : If the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect that is clearly visible in the mandatory unboxing video.
(b) Physical Damage : During Transit If the product has been damaged during shipment, and such damage is demonstrably visible at the time of opening and recorded in the unboxing video.
(c) Wrong Product : Delivered If a product different from what was ordered has been delivered, and the discrepancy is evidenced in the unboxing video.
4. Situations Where Returns/Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted
Odyra shall not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
● Failure to provide a proper unboxing video as required above.
● Requests made based on photographs only.
● Claims raised after the product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or tampered with.
● Size, fit, or styling dissatisfaction (customers are advised to refer carefully to the size guide before purchase).
● Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
● Claims raised after the stipulated timeline (see Clause 5).
● Any indication of misuse, mishandling, or fraudulent intent.
5. Timeline for Raising a Request
5.1. The customer must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
5.2. Requests received beyond this period shall be automatically rejected.
6. Submission & Verification Process
6.1. Customers must email or submit:
● Order number
● Clear description of the issue
● The mandatory unboxing video (original file, not compressed or edited)
6.2. Odyra reserves the absolute right to:
● Verify the authenticity of the claim
● Request additional information if required
● Approve or reject the request at its sole discretion.
6.3. Approval of a return/exchange shall be subject to internal quality inspection and validation.
7. Condition of Returned Product
If a return is approved:
● The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
● All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
● Products failing inspection will be sent back to the customer.
8. Refund / Exchange Resolution
8.1. Odyra may offer, at its discretion:
● A replacement of the same product, or
● Store credit equivalent to the purchase value.
8.2. Refunds (if approved) shall be processed via the original mode of payment within a reasonable period.
9. Right to Reject Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
Odyra maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent return claims. Any attempt to misuse this policy, including staged damage or manipulated recordings, may result in:
● Permanent denial of service
● Cancellation of future orders
● Legal action where deemed necessary
10. Limitation of Liability
Odyra shall not be liable for:
● Customer negligence in failing to record the required unboxing video
● Improper handling after delivery
● Any indirect or consequential loss arising from denied claims.
11. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Odyra, the customer acknowledges that they have:
● Read
● Understood and
● Agreed to comply with this Return & Exchange Policy in full.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
